The Everdrive GB X7 by krikzz is the most advanced flash cartridge for the original Game Boy and Game Boy Color, loading ROMs from a microSD card on real hardware.
Its features include fast loading, save states, a real-time clock for games like Pokemon, Game Genie cheat support and battery-backed saves. It is the most capable of the flash cartridges in the collection, alongside the simpler GB Everdrive and the GB Smart Card.
