Star Wars, one of the most recognisable film licences on the original Game Boy because it turns the 1977 movie into a side-scrolling action game. The USA release is especially notable for letting you play through key scenes from the original film as Luke Skywalker, moving from Tatooine to the Death Star. It also stands out as a Capcom-published handheld adaptation developed by NMS Software, giving the monochrome Game Boy a prominent Star Wars action title rather than a stripped-down puzzle or strategy spin-off.
