Donkey Kong Land is a jump and run game developed by Rare Ltd. and distributed by Nintendo itself. Donkey Kong Land is one of the few games whose game cartridge was released in a special colour (Banana Yellow). In addition, Donkey Kong Land was one of the first games to be optimised for the Super Game Boy.
