Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins (jap スーパーマリオランド2 6つの金貨) the sequel of Super Mario Land, was released in 1992 and Nintendo was able to sell over 10 million copies of the game. It became one of the most successful and highest-rated titles on the Game Boy ever. The game marks the first appearance of Wario, Mario's evil long time opponent.
For the time, the game was extensive and presented a challenge for some players. In Japan, Nintendo launched this strategy book to guide the player safely through the tricky game sequences.
